Head Varsity Coach
Michael Doran
Coach Doran has a long history with Lexington, both as a player and a coach. Coach Doran joined Lexington High School Boys Hockey as the new varsity head coach in 2022. He most recently served as an assistant coach at Framingham State University. Prior to joining the Rams, Coach Doran spent eight seasons as an assistant coach at LHS from 2000 - 2008. Coach Doran brings a unique perspective to the team as he was LHS Boy's Ice Hockey captain for the Minutemen in 1989.
Doran transferred to Framingham State in 1991 as a sophomore and was a starter on defense for three seasons. He graduated from FSU in 1994 with a degree in Business Administration and is currently the director of business development for a recycling company. He resides in Woburn, Mass with his wife Diane.

Head Assistant Varsity Coach
Michael Keegan
Coach Keegan returns to Lexington bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience. A former LHS goalie in 1977, Mike instilled a passion to play for LHS. He was also varsity head coach of the Minutemen when they reached the state tournament for the first time in 25 years.Under his leadership, LHS reached the playoffs both in 2004-05 and again in 2005-06. Coach Keegan served as varsity head coach for eight years from 2000-2008 and was named Boston Globe Division 1 Coach of the Year. When not at the rink, Coach Keegan runs a landscape business in Lexington.

Joe Hunt
Coach Hunt grew up playing hockey in Lexington and played four years on the Lexington High School varsity team where he became captain for his senior year.
After graduating from LHS, Coach Hunt attended Phillips Exeter Academy as a post-graduate student to pursue his hockey career. He has been around hockey his whole life and has learned from his own experience playing and through knowledgeable coaches in the past.

Marty Gorman
Coach Marty Gorman has played hockey on some renowned teams throughout his career. He played his high school hockey at New Preparatory School in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a perrenial N.E. Prep School power until its closing in 1990.Following New Prep, Coach Gorman played in the Canadian Juniors in the Quebec League for the Sherbrooke Beavers, Laval Voisins, and Hull Olympics.From there, Coach Gorman played in the Western Hockey League (WHL) for the Billings Bighorns and the New Westminster Bruins. He also played hockey at the University of Miami of Ohio.

Head Junior Varsity Coach
Jake Conrad
Jake was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, where his passion for hockey began at an early age. He grew up playing both youth and high school hockey in the Chicago, area developing his skills and love for the game.
After graduating high school, Jake moved to Springfield, Massachusetts, to compete at the Junior level. He played two years in Springfield where his development, accelerated both as a player and as an individual, as he faced tougher competition prepared him for collegiate hockey.
His efforts in juniors paid off when he was recruited to play NCAA hockey at Framingham State University. Over the course of four years, he represented the Rams playing under Coach Doran. Jake now looks to be a driving force in the development of Lexington High JV players preparing them each year to make the jump to the varsity level.
